The Rosselkhoznadzor Administration has issued a warning to a company supplying unsafe products to a social institution in the Tula Region

The basis for holding the event was information from the Office of Rosselkhoznadzor for the Vladimir, Kostroma and Ivanovo regions about the discovery of the antibiotics oxytetracycline and sulfadimethoxine in a sample of ground beef taken from the MDO DS "Dolphin" in the Kostroma region , which is not permitted by the requirements of the technical regulation TR CU 021/2011 "On the safety of food products".

During the monitoring of the FGIS "Mercury" it was established that the raw material for the production of minced meat is frozen beef blocks from trimmed meat, produced by the SPK "Lobanovsky".

On August 5 , 2024 , the Office of Rosselkhoznadzor issued a warning to SPK Lobanovsky regarding the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements.
