Rosselkhoznadzor has identified cases of food falsification in the Saratov region.

Vegetable fats were found in Slivochny processed cheese, Traditsionny hard cheese, Krestyanskoye butter, and MILK produced by Ecopishchprom LLC. Similar discrepancies were also found in kefir produced by Khvalynsky Butter Factory CJSC. Furthermore, vegetable fats were also detected in cottage cheese from Engels Dairy Plant LLC. Products such as Servelat Moskovsky sausage andThe cutlets were found to contain poultry MEAT, which does not meet established standards.

Information on all these incidents was sent to the Saratov Region Office of Rospotrebnadzor, as well as other relevant government agencies. Manufacturers were issued warnings regarding the inadmissibility of violations, and declarations of conformity for their products were suspended.
