Last night, a 58-year-old driver of a MAZ truck, traveling along the 209th kilometer of the M5 Minsk-Gomel highway, struck a 51-year-old cyclist. The cyclist was reportedly not wearing reflective elements and, presumably, was driving in the left lane of the roadway in a state ofAlcohol intoxication .

As a result of the collision, the cyclist died at the scene from his injuries.
