Minsk . A 25-year-old Minsk resident was caught damaging a double-glazed window at a retail outlet in Minsk, the Minsk City Executive Committee's Main Directorate of Internal Affairs told BelTA.
A report of an unknown man damaging a double-glazed window was received by the 102 emergency line. Officers from the Sovetsky District Department of Internal Affairs determined that the hooligan act was committed by a 25-year-old Minsk resident.
According to the suspect, he was walking around the city with his girlfriend in a state of intoxication.
A Minsk resident became jealous of his companion and, to vent his emotions, smashed the store door.
