As a result of the measures taken, 74 declarations of conformity were suspended, 2 of them were declared invalid, and 1 was terminated. Violators were issued warnings, and 40 declarations were restored thanks to administrative measures. Thus, on June 3, 2025, the declaration of conformity for category 1 chicken eggs issued to individual entrepreneur GK(F)Kh Sumkova K.N. (Cheboksary Moscow Region) was cancelled due to the detection of the antibiotic enrofloxacin in the product, which exceeded the permissible standards. In addition, it was established that the declaration was based on incomplete data on the product's compliance with mandatory requirements. In order to protect the HEALTH of citizens, the department called on the entrepreneur to take measures to prevent the release of low-quality food products.
