The Reftinskaya poultry farm achieved record profits in 2023 and continues to expand

In 2023, the Reftinskaya poultry farm showed impressive results, earning about 1 billion rubles. According to the press service of JSC Poultry Farm Reftinskaya, the company's net profit exceeded 942 million rubles. Managing DIRECTOR of the Ural Agro-Industrial Group (UAG) Irina Makarova noted that the bulk of the funds received will be used to modernize the enterprise’s assets.

Previously, the Reftinskaya poultry farm faced financial difficulties and losses. However, after UAG took over the operation in 2022, it became clear that the company had the potential to achieve positive results. Thanks to a competent management system, regulation of production processes and reduction of losses, a team of experienced specialists in the field of poultry farming managed to change the situation. Two years of work was crowned with success.

At the moment, the Reftinskaya poultry farm is setting new goals, such as increasing production efficiency, modernizing buildings and equipment, as well as improving poultry processing technologies. Irina Makarova noted that the profit received will allow the company to implement these plans using its own funds.

According to the National Union of Poultry Farmers (NSP), in 2023, Reftinskaya entered the top 25 Russian producers of broiler MEAT, reaching a volume of 53 thousand tons of products, which is 15% more than in 2022. The geography of product sales has also expanded significantly. Now dumplings produced at the poultry farm are sold throughout the Ural Federal District, in the cities of Ufa, Novosibirsk, Kemerovo, Irkutsk and the Jewish Autonomous Region.

In 2024 , it is planned to complete the first stage of the investment program worth 3 billion rubles, which UAG announced in 2022. This program is designed for three years, and the second phase is already planned. Irina Makarova promised to clarify the target indicators in the near future.

Thus, the Reftinskaya poultry farm continues to demonstrate impressive growth and development. Its successes last year and plans for the future indicate the company's desire to become one of the leaders in the Russian poultry market.
