The first batch of poultry was delivered to Anadyr from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky

The poultry farm JSC "Pionerskoe", located in the Elizovsky district of the Kamchatka Territory, sent the first batch of young chickens to the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug.

According to Vyacheslav Chernysh, Minister of Agriculture, Food and Processing Industry of the Kamchatka Territory, an agreement on interregional cooperation was signed in February during the visit of a delegation from Chukotka to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. 

Pionerskoye JSC has undertaken to raise about 2.2 thousand chickens for colleagues. The young have already been delivered to partners. Previously, the poultry farm in Anadyr purchased poultry in Irkutsk, but showed interest in supplying Dekalb White breeding chickens, which are bred in Kamchatka, with more favorable logistics.

The chickens were bred in the incubators of the poultry farm JSC "Pionerskoye" and grown for 110 days. If the management of the "Severnaya" poultry farm satisfies all the conditions, then it plans to buy 40,000 head of young animals from Kamchatka annually.
