The company "Erlok" seeks bankruptcy of the poultry farm "Preobrazhenskaya"

The amount of claims of the company "Erlok" to the poultry farm in the village of Preobrazhenskoye, Budyonnovsky district of the Stavropol Territory, is approaching 1.15 million rubles, including 565 thousand rubles of the main debt and 583.30 thousand rubles of a penalty (state duty).

A supplier of veterinary drugs from Reutov (Moscow region) explained that the Preobrazhenskaya poultry farm did not fulfill the terms of the contract for the supply of medicines and vaccines.

The court left the application without movement due to violations during its transmission and suggested Erlok LLC to eliminate the shortcomings by March 10.
