The company accepts poultry from Dagestan farmers in the vicinity of Kizlyar. Primary processing of 1000 heads per hour is carried out on site. KUMK's own poultry complex is designed for 65–70 thousand places for broilers to be planted at a time.

Until now, KUMK has produced 600–700 tons of chicken meat per year; in the short term, it is planned to increase production volume to 2–2.5 thousand tons. As part of the investment project, 25 new jobs were created.
