The investor, the Virt Group of Companies, intends to invest 3.5 billion rubles in the Altaya Turkey project. Once fully operational, slated for early 2027, the poultry complex will produce 6,400 turkeys annually.

Last year, Pavel Beyfort, founder and CEO of the Virt Group of Companies, decided to create a new division from scratch based on research by the National Association of Turkey Producers (NAPI), which showed a significant increase in demand for this type of poultry over the past five years.
