Kazakhstan: The exhibition "BelarusEXPO-2011" in Almaty will present agricultural products and food

From September 7 to 10, 2011 in accordance with the Plan of National Exhibitions (Exposures) of the Republic of Belarus abroad for 2011, approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus on 09.02.2011 No. 164, the VI National Exhibition of the Republic of Belarus in the Republic of Kazakhstan "BelarusEXPO-2011" will be held in Almaty, - Kazakh-Zerno news agency reports with reference to the press release of the exhibition.

Large expositions at the exhibition "BelarusEXPO-2011" will traditionally be presented by the Ministries of Industry, Agriculture and Food, Education, Transport and Communications; concerns Belneftekhim, Bellegprom and Bellesbumprom; State Committee for Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus, National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.

The trade turnover between Belarus and Kazakhstan increased from 81.0 million US dollars in 2003 to 867.2 million US dollars in 2010. In 2011, the positive dynamics of the development of mutual trade between the Republic of Belarus and Kazakhstan continues.

In January - June 2011, the trade turnover amounted to 368.5 million US dollars and increased by 1.2 times compared to the same period last year. The basis of Belarusian exports for this period was the supply of the following goods: MILK and dairy products, tractors and truck tractors, tires, SUGAR, trucks, furniture, plastic products, wood products, medicines, refrigerators. .
