In Buryatia, since the beginning of 2022, the export of 20 million chicken eggs transported to Mongolia has been checked. Also, at the checkpoint in Kyakhta, 3,518 tons of regulated products were examined, the press service of the Rosselkhoznadzor for the Irkutsk Region and the Republic of Buryatia reports on February 24.

In addition, more than 1,373 tons of dairy products, 1,700 tons of poultry meat, and about 156 tons of meat and fish products were tested. The transportation of three tons of honey, 176 tons of feed for unproductive animals, 722 tons of pork and 5 tons of veterinary drugs was also controlled.

3500 sections of buds and flowers and 44 cubic meters of timber were also checked. No harmful organisms were found in the samples of regulated products.

During import shipments, 18 tons of regulated products were checked. Inspected 102 tons of pine nuts transported in transit. 15 applications for the issuance of phytosanitary certificates were considered, 236 phytosanitary certificates were issued and issued.

Over 7 tons of feed for unproductive animals were inspected during import shipments. When controlling transit traffic, 1,036 tons of pork and products from it, over 505 tons of dairy and meat products, as well as 59 tons of food, 41 tons of poultry meat and 40 tons of lamb were examined.
