In January of this year, a bankruptcy claim was filed by GlavMyasProm LLC by Arkhbum OJSC (supplier of corrugated cardboard containers, part of the Austrian holding Zinner Privattiftung). In May, a subsidiary of the AGROEKO group of companies and Prime LLC ( St. Petersburg ) filed an application for the succession of GlavMyasProm’s debts to Arkhbum, which was satisfied by the arbitration. At the beginning of June, the court introduced a monitoring procedure at GlavMyasProm LLC.
The manufacturer of meat products from Borisoglebsk has repeatedly clashed with Agroeko-pererabotka LLC in court - in particular, in a case accepted for consideration for the recovery of 5 million rubles for unjust enrichment. In addition, the subsidiary of AGROEKO is demanding 118 million rubles from the debtor for the goods supplied.
At the beginning of this week, the complaint of GlavMyasProm Trading House LLC against the controversial decision, filed with the 19th Arbitration Court of Appeal, remained without progress.
