In 2020, the poultry farm "Elinar Broiler" had a task to change the platform of the current information system in the agricultural business area - "1C: Poultry Farm Management". In many ways, the task was due to the upcoming cancellation of support for industry solutions on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management platform by 1C.
Also, Elinar-Broiler acquired the Belousovo Poultry Farm into its assets. In order to generate reports on the work of the holding's enterprises and a full-fledged managerial analysis, it was necessary to bring legal entities to uniform standards of work and combine into one database enterprises that previously worked in systems of different configurations.
The project of automation of regulated accounting, accounting of poultry farming, accounting in the feed shop, treasury and procurement on the platform "1C: Enterprise 8. ERP Management of the poultry enterprise" was carried out by Constanta.

“Specialists of the IT department of our enterprise dealt with the accounting system quite closely, and at the time of the decision to replace it, it was quite working, however, at this stage of the enterprise’s development, it did not cover all of its needs due to the obsolescence of the platform. A certain amount of unrealized functionality has accumulated.
To determine which automated tools would help the business move forward in the direction of growth, it was first necessary to audit the current content of the system. Determine what is implemented well and is in demand, and what is underdeveloped or simply not used. And in addition to the standard audit - to form a "picture" of the target system and develop a plan for the transition to it.
Previously, together with Constanta, we have already done a project to automate production planning. Also, an important argument "for" a new round of cooperation was the successful experience of the company in developing a "road map" for the modernization of the accounting system for other enterprises comparable to ours.
One of the key results of the work carried out for us was a clear understanding of the distribution of roles between our own and third-party resources in the framework of upcoming automation projects, as well as at the stage of supporting and maintaining the target system.”

Standardization of business processes and work of enterprises within the holding
Within the framework of the project, the separate processes of the Elinar Broiler and Belousovo poultry farms were brought to uniformity:

Thanks to the implementation of the system, rearing costs are allocated to batches, which allows you to get the exact cost of each batch of birds. Not only the cost of growing is taken into account, but also the cost of the egg from which the bird hatched. Hatching eggs are recorded by series. This provides opportunities for further deeper economic analysis.
Accounting and distribution of grain losses in the feed shop and the ability to fully control the movement of grain at the enterprise
The system makes it possible to take into account and distribute grain losses in the feed shop by batches and personalize the waste. In the future, when equipping the enterprise with scales at each stage, it will be possible to track the entire cycle of grain movement at the enterprise (how much came in, how much went out and what kind of feed was used).
Herd depreciation
This document is needed to calculate the monthly depreciation of a particular batch of poultry. It allows you to transparently see all calculation parameters and their dependence on each other. And also distribute the cost over the entire depreciation period and get the correct cost price without distortions in a particular month.
