However, the court found that the inspection was carried out with gross violations of the law, and the results cannot be used as a basis for proving the company's guilt. Agrocomplex also presented evidence that the damage can be compensated for by restoring the soil through reclamation, which they have already begun to carry out.
According to SPARK, the organization was founded in 1993 and is part of an agricultural holding owned by the former Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation. The company's net profit for 2023 amounted to more than 13.8 billion rubles.
