As a result, a 41-year-old passenger was injured, who was hospitalized with an open craniocerebral injury. The driver himself was not injured. It was found that the driver was driving while intoxicated (2.88 ppm). He had previously been stripped of his driver's license for drunk driving. The driver and passenger were not wearing seat belts.
From March 25 to March 27, the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Minsk Region is holding a preventive action "Sober driver" to prevent and suppress the facts of driving vehicles by drunk drivers.
