December 6, Minsk. The drunk driver rolled a son and a neighbor on a tubing. BelTA was informed about this by the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Minsk Oblast Executive Committee.

“In the village of Ugly, Borisov district, traffic police officers noticed a Lada car that was towing a tubing with two people. They signaled to stop. When checking documents, it turned out that the driver of the passenger car was intoxicated (the examination showed 1.6 ppm). A 32-year-old resident of the Borisovsky district was tubing his underage son and an adult neighbor," the police department said.

Administrative protocols were drawn up for driving a vehicle by a person in a state of intoxication and violating the rules for transporting passengers. The violator faces a fine of Br6.4 thousand and deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for 5 years.

"Tubing is one of the most traumatic types of winter entertainment. You should ride in specially equipped places, away from trees, buildings, roads and other obstacles. Every year people are seriously injured and die due to non-compliance with safety precautions. It is strictly forbidden to tow such sports equipment vehicles," police said.
