The draft amendments to the technical regulations were prepared to align their provisions with those of the Technical Regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union "On the Safety of Alcoholic Products," approved by Decision No. 98 of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated December 5, 2018.

The draft amendments provide for technical changes that will not affect alcohol market participants.

The public discussion is organized by the Ministry of Health.
