July 4, Gomel. 170 policemen daily control places of public recreation near the water, both permitted and prohibited, in the Gomel region, Anatoly Vasilyev, First Deputy HEAD of the Internal Affairs Directorate - Head of the Public Security Police Anatoly Vasiliev, said today at a staff meeting in the regional executive committee, BelTA has learned.

"Working out will continue. Thus, every day 170 police officers work only in this direction," Anatoly Vasiliev specified. He added that combatants also went on raids on Saturday and Sunday.

At the meeting, they also discussed the preparation of an information video on the topic of recreation by the water.

The chairman of the regional executive committee, Ivan Krupko, drew attention to the fact that people can be influenced in this matter in different ways, the main thing is that this should have the desired effect.
