With the participation and support of the Galicia Dairy Company, a series of YouTube videos has been released, where technologists simply explain complex things about milk and help the consumer understand the rumors about dairy products that are common among consumers.

In short animated videos, technologists explain why weights are written on packages in grams and kilograms, and not in liters, why pasteurized and ultra-pasteurized milk should not be fermented . There are also videos explaining how to distinguish high-quality sour cream and whether it is possible to distinguish between butter and spread at home.
