South Urals residents were awarded medals of the All-Russian “Golden Autumn”

The awards won by South Ural farmers at the 25th Russian Agro-Industrial Exhibition “Golden Autumn 2023” were solemnly presented to the winners at the Ministry of Agriculture of the Chelyabinsk Region.
– In all competitions in the field of agriculture and integrated development of rural areas, the Chelyabinsk region received 95 medals, this is the fourth result in the medal standings. Among them, 55 gold medals are a very high result. We have something to be proud of! High awards were given to the achievements of South Urals residents in the development of livestock and crop production, the introduction of innovations, the integrated development of rural areas, and food products.
In the competition “For achieving high performance in the development of pedigree and commercial livestock breeding,” 10 enterprises received medals, among them, gold medals from the Karsakbaev K.B. Farm, Kalininskaya Agrofirm, Risk Farm, PPR Chelyabinsky, and SPK Sarafanovo".
For the successful implementation of innovations in agriculture, the developments of South Ural scientist-breeders from the South Ural Research Institute of Horticulture and Potato Growing and the Chelyabinsk Research Institute of Agriculture were awarded medals.
South Ural State Agrarian University was awarded five medals and two commendations for developments in the field of mechanization, electrification and automation of agriculture, veterinary medicine and animal husbandry, storage and processing of products, and the use of fertilizers. The university was also awarded two medals in the competition “For effective information and consulting support for the agro-industrial complex.”
Among the winners of the competition “Best Entrepreneurial Initiative in the Agro-Industrial Complex”, the agricultural cooperative “Burenka” from the Chebarkul region, chairperson Dina Muratova, received a gold medal:
“Our cooperative has been collecting MILK from the population since 2009.” Now we have 458 cooperative members from 16 villages in the Uysk and Chebarkul regions. We collect from 10 to 15 tons of milk per day in summer, and about 5 tons in winter. We deliver the milk to the Chebarkul Dairy Plant and process a small amount of it. As a cooperative, we receive a subsidy per liter of milk and distribute it to cooperative members in the form of feed. This year it is 240 tons of feed. We have now submitted documents for another subsidy, and we plan to purchase milking machines for shareholders who donate more than 10 tons of milk per year. We have already practiced this; we have distributed about 100 milking machines. This is a great help, because some farms have up to 10–20 HEAD of milking herd. Our cooperative already has a whole set of medals: there was a bronze, a silver, and this year a gold medal. We hope to work and develop.
16 enterprises in the region received awards in the product quality competition. The Sitno company was awarded 11 medals for the production of MEAT and confectionery delicacies, and pasta made from durum wheat. “Sitno” also has another gold medal “For the production of high-quality feed and feed additives.”
Gold and silver medals were also awarded to representatives of the company “Makfa”, “Ariant”, “Chebarkul Poultry”, “Ravis - Sosnovskaya Poultry Farm ”, PKZ “Dubrovsky”, “Podovinnovskoe Milk”, “Chebarkul Fish Factory”, SPK “Koelginskoe” named after. I.N. Shundeeva ( hemp and sunflower oil ), Smolinsky Pivovar LLC, Perspektiva LLC (Bredinskoe sunflower oil), Minyarsky Quarry LLC (dairy products and honey), individual entrepreneur Dmitry Vyacheslavovich Medvedevsky, who won 12 gold medals ( ready-made dishes under the “VkusnoEl” brand – soups, cereals, meat sauces in retort bags), I.P. Kozhevnikova Ekaterina Sergeevna (noodles and juices for beshbarmak), individual entrepreneur Ivan Aleksandrovich Shimanov (hard cheese), individual entrepreneur Chechulina Galina Ivanovna.
“Our enterprise has a full production cycle: we grow grain on an area of ​​2 thousand hectares, process and produce bakery products,” said Galina Chechulina. – This year, our signature gingerbread “Bredinsky custard”, noodles “Domashnaya”, rye bread (ciabatta) and spelled roll were awarded the gold medal. Our farm has been operating since 2000, and started processing in 2009. We sell bread in our Bredinsky district.
The Kizilsky municipal district was awarded the gold medal of the 25th Russian Agro-Industrial Exhibition for the best practice of an integrated approach to the development of infrastructure in rural areas (rural agglomeration).
“For four years we have been participating in the implementation of the state program “Integrated development of rural areas in the Chelyabinsk region,” said the head of the district, Alexander Seleznev. – This is a great program; it allowed us to attract 134 million rubles to the region over four years. This is a very large amount for our region; we made 32 objects. This program contributes to the development of the area, its improvement, and the creation of comfortable living conditions. In addition to federal and regional budget funds, we raised almost 13.5 million rubles for the implementation of the program from extra-budgetary sources, 70% of these funds are investments from the Sitno company.
This is not the first award for the Kizilsky district: based on the results of the program in 2020, it was awarded a gold medal, and in 2021 - a silver medal. Over the years, several clubs, schools, kindergartens, the Kizil Museum of History and Local Lore, a library and a schoolchildren's home, and sports facilities have been overhauled in the area. Only in 2023 were repairs carried out at the club in the village. Katsbakhsky, kindergartens in the village.
