Harvesting campaign started in Tomsk region

The Kozhevnikovsky district was the first in the region, as usual, to enter the harvesting campaign. Here they began to harvest winter crops: wheat and rye.
Last Sunday, Sergei Weisgeim's household started cleaning. To date, the farmer has cut 50 hectares of winter wheat and harvested 125 tons of grain. On Monday, winter rye harvesting began at Voronovskoye LLC: 43 hectares were harvested, 146 tons were threshed.
In the Asinovsky district, the company "Tomsky Len" began collecting fiber flax (77 hectares were processed).
Forage harvesting in the Tomsk region was carried out on an area of ​​49 thousand hectares; 23 thousand tons of hay, more than 110 thousand tons of haylage and 12.5 thousand tons of grain haylage were harvested. In total, for one conditional head of livestock, livestock breeders prepared 12.3 centners of feed units (44.1% of the plan).
