A working group, including Evgeniya Bulkina, HEAD of the Department for Social and Economic Development of Rural Areas in the Tomsk Region; Vladislav Azarenko, Deputy Head of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance for the Novosibirsk and Tomsk Regions; and Alexander Ileshin, Head of the State Technical Supervision Inspectorate of the Tomsk Region, visited farmers and agricultural producers in the Asinovsky District of the Tomsk Region.
The trip began with a visit to Lina Mikhailina's dairy farm in the village of Yagodnoye. An experienced farmer , Lina received her first grant to support and develop agricultural production in 2012 and then won the grant selection in 2019. In 2021, the entrepreneur received the regional grant "Best Family Farm." State support funds were used to build a modern 100-head farm , MILK processing and cheese-making facilities, purchase high-yielding cattle , and acquire equipment for forage preparation and cheese-making. The farmer recently completed a landscaping project, improving the small pond on the farm's property by installing a gazebo and benches. The entire family—two daughters and a son-in-law—works on the farm, along with ten hired workers. Mikhaylina's farmstead operates 463.5 hectares of land. The cattle herd numbers 199. In 2023, the farm produced 649.7 tons of livestock products. The milk yield per cow is 6,369 kg per year. Currently, the range of certified products sold under the Selyanochka brand includes nine types of milk ,cottage cheese , butter and ghee , processed and hard cheeses , cream, curd mass,Sour cream and kefir . The products are sold at retail outlets in Tomsk and the Asinovsky District.
The next stop on the route was one of the leading farms in the Asinovsky District, Siberian Milk LLC. The farm's agronomist, Andrey Klishin, demonstrated new equipment to the guests—a corn seeder. The farm also has spring wheat seeds, the Licamero variety, ready for sale. According to the agronomist, the farm's sown area will reach 7,513 hectares in 2024 (an increase of 8.2% compared to last year). This includes 681 hectares of corn for feed. All of the farm's equipment is currently ready for sowing.
As part of the trip, the working group visited the village of Bolshe-Dorokhovo. Here, at the premises of Bolshe-Dorokhovskoye Milk LLC, an investment project, "Construction of a new dairy complex for 1,999 cows," is being implemented at a total cost of 2.1 billion rubles.
The working group then visited the village of Nizhnie Sokoly, near which grant recipient Alexander Malorossiyanov's farm and potential production site are located, which the farmer plans to use to expand his operations. The entrepreneur received an Agrostartup grant in 2021. Using the grant funds, he purchased 40 heifers, two bulls, a tractor, a baler, and other equipment totaling 5.5 million rubles. Currently, the farm keeps 328 head of cattle, including 44 cows, and has created four jobs. By the end of 2023, 78.5 centners of liveweight cattle MEAT for slaughter were produced. The farmer plans to participate in the grant selection process for the development of his family farm in 2025.
After lunch, the working group visited the work sites of SOP LLC in the village of Novo-Kuskovo. The planned crop area at SOP LLC in 2024 will be 3,375 hectares. Grain, legume, and oilseed crops are sown here. Pavel Chernoguzov, Deputy DIRECTOR for Crop Production, showed the guests the grain threshing floor and grain dryer. He noted that 3,110 hectares of fallow land have been prepared for the 2024 harvest (92.1% of the spring sowing plan). 676 tons of spring grain seeds are available, 100% of which have been tested, with 582 tons of standard seeds (86.1% of those tested). The farm has contracted 544 tons of mineral fertilizers.
In Novonikolaevka, the working group visited the production site of the Niva peasant farm. The farm's planned sowing area is 4,516 hectares, of which 2,220 hectares are slated for grain sowing. Dmitry Likhachev, Director of the enterprise, showed the guests the grain threshing floor, grain dryer, and potato sorting line. He reported that 2,310 hectares of fallow land have been prepared for spring sowing. There are 64 tons of spring grain seeds available.
The Niva farm is a key village-forming and socially responsible enterprise. Recently, the farmer built three pedestrian bridges across the river in the village, making it easier for local children to walk to school without having to use the highway.
The department's working group also visited the construction site of an indoor skating rink in Asino. Construction is being carried out under the comprehensive rural development program and is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2025. A total of 376.6 million rubles will be allocated from all budgets for the construction.
As Evgenia Bulkina, head of the department, noted following the visit, the farms in the Asino district are generally ready for the sowing season and are actively carrying out all necessary preparatory work.
"On-site monitoring helps promptly resolve operational issues, effectively interact with farm managers, coordinate their activities, and respond to requests," Evgenia Anatolyevna emphasized.
