Due to the sharp rise in real estate prices, migrants from emergency housing in Tyumen are experiencing difficulties in acquiring new housing. The problem that the townspeople faced was shared with RBC Tyumen by one of the owners of housing.
“We are migrants from an emergency house on the street. Stavropolskaya, 1A. We were urgently evicted on March 10, 2021. In October, we assessed our apartments, payments for them will be this year. Due to the sharp increase in prices, it is not possible to buy housing for this money, ”Larisa Cherpakova shares.
She said that a room in a hostel with common areas of 18.7 square meters was valued at 2 million 176 thousand rubles. The payment should be made by the specialized developer Zvezda, who will build new houses here under the program for the integrated development of non-adjacent territories.
“A square of our housing in 2021 cost 90 thousand rubles, now it is more than 100 thousand. At that time, I could buy a studio on the secondary housing market. And now studios of the same area in a rough finish are sold from 2.5 million, plus the cost of repairs. I signed the document of consent on February 25 at nine in the morning, before a big jump in prices, and then it started - I had a deposit given, it was returned to me and the apartment was sold for 200 thousand more, and the neighbors have the same situation, ”explained Tyumen.
In the Metrika real estate agency, the editors of RBC Tyumen talked about how housing prices have changed over this period.
