US authorities recommend that vaccinated people return to masks

The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has advised Americans who have been vaccinated against the coronavirus to resume wearing masks in public places in regions where the virus is spreading rapidly, Reuters reported.

The CDC also recommended that all students, teachers and school staff wear protective equipment, regardless of whether they have been vaccinated. Previously, the mask was required only for those who were not vaccinated.

US authorities did not see the need for a third vaccine against COVID-19 Society

Since the beginning of the pandemic in the United States, according to Johns Hopkins University, 34,589,719 cases of COVID-19 have been detected, 611,251 people have died. The US continues to lead in terms of infections and deaths.
