“Non-working days are introduced in the Kaliningrad region from October 28 to November 7. During this period, a number of additional epidemic restrictions will be in effect throughout the region.
The government explained that the measures introduced are aimed at reducing contacts between people in order to slow down the rate of growth in the incidence of coronavirus.
