“It is necessary to exclude the preparation and holding of events with mass participation of people, spectators, including events that are held on the street. Holding mass sports events - exclusively without spectators, if possible, postpone the dates of such events, if there is a need to hold them according to the schedule of the competition, in compliance with all sanitary safety measures, ”the governor said.

Official indoor events are recommended to be held with a occupancy of no more than 50% of the capacity of the premises, in compliance with the mask regime and social distance.

According to the head of the regional Rospotrebnadzor Alexander Shcherbatov, 838 new cases of coronavirus infection were recorded over the previous week, 185 more than a week earlier, in 82% of cases the infection proceeds as SARS.
