New life in a new company

The history of CJSC "Smolevichi Moloko" has more than 60 years. After the company became part of the largest agricultural holding in Belarus, Servolux Group of Companies, in 2013, a new stage of development began. The production was completely modernized, the product range was revised.

Today CJSC "Smolevichi Moloko" is a dynamically developing enterprise that specializes in MILK processing, production of cottage cheese, as well as semi-hard, rennet and curd cheeses. On modern equipment using ultrafiltration technology, it is possible to preserve valuable whey protein in the manufactured curd cheeses and curds.

Unique farm

For the manufacture of dairy products, a fundamentally important factor is the quality of raw materials. One of the suppliers of milk, which is used for the production of cottage cheese and cheese, is the own dairy farm "Smolevichi Dairy". During the design and construction of the facility, advanced European and world practices were applied. Ultimately, this made it possible to create a unique project, which has no analogues in our country. MTF provides most of the company's need for fresh milk.

This is one of the largest facilities in the country. The dairy farm is designed for 4,200 cattle places, and the production capacity of the milking plant is more than 300 cows per hour. More than 80 tons of milk are produced daily on the farm, and almost the entire volume is extra grade.

It became possible to achieve such high indicators for the class of milk, among other things, thanks to the loose method of keeping cows on the sand. Newborn calves live in individual houses until they reach the age of two months. Interestingly, one animal accounts for about 12 square meters of free space. Thanks to the natural ventilation of the farm, the conditions for keeping cows are close to natural.

In their manufacture, the ultrafiltration method is used. The products comply with the principles of attentive nutrition. In turn, semi-hard and rennet cheeses are produced under the LANDERS brand. It is important to note that the use of powdered milk or other substitutes for it is excluded in the production of these products.
