Why villagers consider Gritskevichi as an example to follow

One of the small farms, only two thousand hectares of arable land, in terms of gross production and revenue from 100 hectares of farmland once again outperformed many "colleagues", much larger and "venerable". This year JSC "Gritskevichi" took the first place in the region in terms of grain yield per ballo-hectare, and the second in terms of MILK yield per cow, becoming one of the region's dairy leaders. And now the farm confidently holds the status of the flagship of milk, livestock and grain in the Nesvizh region!

We are driving with the DIRECTOR of JSC "Gritskevichi" Yevgeny Zdanovich through the administrative center of the same name. Landscapes that flicker outside the car window are pleasing to the eye. A good paved road, neat houses with beautiful fences... Despite the cool November days, chrysanthemums, daisies, hydrangeas are in full bloom in the yards. One of the cottages was especially impressive: a spacious terrace, an alpine hill, and plaster figures of lions at the entrance to the house. it was assumed that the local nobility settled well. "No, - the director smiles. - This is the house of our tractor driver."

By the way, the average salary for household chores is 1.5 thousand rubles. Considering that the prices for food and services are lower than in the city, and on top of that, a significant social package is provided, then you can really live happily ever after. True, one must work with a twinkle, sometimes up to a sweat, because, as you know, all good things do not fall from the sky.

The manager recalls the time when the task was set at the highest level to ensure the attractiveness of rural work and lifestyle.

- Huge budget investments were allocated under the State Program for the Revival and Development of the Village, adopted in 2005. Our President, focusing then on the development of modern agro-towns, thereby laid not just qualitatively new settlements, but great prospects for the future development of villages and the prosperity of the country as a whole, - says the HEAD of a successful economy. - In order to prevent the outflow of personnel from the outback to the city, it is necessary to raise the village, create production in the regions where people could receive competitive salaries, and also develop social infrastructure. When they began to actively engage in advanced technologies for crop and livestock production, high rates immediately went up. Accordingly, the production base made it possible to create good social conditions for its residents.

The basis of financial stability here is animal husbandry, which accounts for 70 percent of the total revenue of the farm. In Gritskevichi, the cattle density per 100 hectares of agricultural land is one of the highest in the country. The bet is, of course, on milk. In 2015, a new robotic dairy farm "Suprunovichi" for 400 heads was launched. In the barn - cleanliness, order and no smells. Andrey Vitko, chief livestock specialist, says that the computer equipment on the farm strictly maintains the specified microclimate parameters, feeding and milking regimes, and the software allows you to control the animal at every stage of its lactation period - from growing up to launching. As a result, the animals are in a comfortable environment and their productivity increases. Basically, cows give 29 liters per day, and some, especially valuable "copies", even 60! On the whole, almost ten thousand tons of milk were produced for the nine months of the year. Milk yield per cow is almost eight thousand kilograms.

Last year, in the village of Nelepovo, the reconstruction of the oldest farm began, where a cowshed, a milking parlor, a dispensary, departments for dead wood and fattening will soon be equipped. After the launch of the facility, the milking herd here will be doubled, it is planned that milk yields will also double.

Golden field, ripe wheat

Ivan Valetov, chief agronomist, said that this year the mild winter helped farmers to save winter crops, the ear got stronger, filled with grain, and therefore the harvest was excellent. However, in the opinion of a specialist, the secret of success is not only in the favor of nature, but also in the improvement, strict adherence to the technologies for growing grain crops.

“This year, 9,085 tons of grain have been harvested, and this is without taking into account corn,” the chief agronomist reports with pride. “The yield was 91.1%. In 2009, we began to receive 70-80 centners per hectare. Now we need to consolidate these results. Today we have fulfilled the plan for fodder: 622 tons of hay, almost 12 tons of haylage, 16,150 tons of silage have been harvested. To be precise, the plan is even overfulfilled by five percent. But, as you know, the supply of trouble does not fix.

Cadres decide

In order to secure personnel in rural areas, the social infrastructure must be no worse than in the city, Evgeny Zdanovich believes. Over the past ten years, JSC "Gritskevichi" has managed to attract more than 35 specialists and workers from various parts of the country. People worked, took a closer look and… stayed. Over the past ten years, not a single young specialist has left here.

Yes, and "buns", in the language of the youth, there are a lot here: additional payments to mothers who are on parental leave, payments for HEALTH improvement, bonuses for holidays and anniversaries, gifts for newlyweds. What can I say, even if non-smokers are paid one basic monthly basis.

All the amenities in Gritskevichi are literally at hand - a post office, two grocery stores with a wide range of products, a dining room, on the basis of which there is a chic banquet hall and a culinary area, where they offer delicious pastries and semi-finished MEAT products.

“Thanks to this area of activity, we have created an additional 20 jobs, and this is important for the village. In fact, at the enterprise, 10 percent of employees are employed in the service sector, says the head.

All conditions have been created for the education, upbringing and development of the younger generation. At the modern FOK, a sports school was opened where children go in for biathlon. We bought the necessary equipment and equipment. We can already boast of the first successes - the team brought cups from regional and regional competitions. The immediate plans of the economy include the construction of a ski-roller track. A skate park area has already been set up next to the training base.

…While talking with the villagers, we noticed that they are very warm, open and smiling. They willingly give interviews, talk about their life and work, praise the director, to whom, as they believe, they owe a lot to the standard of living. Like, once the local economy was going through hard times and they wanted to join a more successful one, and then everything would have turned out differently. “We would be a province, but now we are a role model,” joke the locals.

- It is more difficult to attract city dwellers to the countryside, so we need to rely on our own, create conditions for their happy life. Our children should see that in the countryside it is no worse than in the city, life here is also interesting and eventful, and that they can build a house in their small homeland, create a family and that comfortable environment in which they can develop, - sums up Yevhen Zdanovich.

On the eve of the professional holiday, Yevgeny Zdanovich was awarded the honorary title "Honored Worker of Agriculture of the Republic of Belarus". Sincere congratulations!
