The document establishes that in 2022, allowances (per ton) will be paid from local budgets for certain types of agricultural products sold to organizations engaged in the processing of agricultural products and (or) sent for processing (processing) in the country. These types of agricultural products include cow, mare, goat and sheep MILK , young cattle of dairy breeds produced at livestock facilities for growing and fattening cattle, cattle of MEAT breeds and their crossbreeds, sheep, sheep wool, washed and unwashed, millet (classes 1 and 2), barley (class 1), buckwheat and fiber flax trust.
The payment of allowances is due to legal entities, including their separate subdivisions, that have available agricultural land for agricultural purposes and produce agricultural products. For legal entities that are engaged in this activity in areas unfavorable for the production of agricultural products, the amount of allowances increases by 1-10%.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Food will explain the application of this regulation.
The document entered into force on January 30, while the allowances established by the resolution are applied from January 1, 2022.
