Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin instructed the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) and Rospotrebnadzor to check prices for PCR tests in private clinics and laboratories. This is stated in the message on the website of the government. The prime minister gave the relevant instructions following the meetings of the coordinating council to combat the spread of coronavirus, which were held on June 25 and 29.
“Recently, information has been coming from the regions that obtaining the results of PCR tests is being delayed and their cost is growing. People are very worried about this, ”Mishustin said during a discussion at one of the meetings.
The departments will have to report to the government on the results of the inspection by July 19, follows from the instructions of the prime minister.
