The Ministry of Agriculture and Food has approved zootechnical rules for milk production and livestock breeding

24 January, MINSK . Resolution No. 127 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of 10 December 2024 approved zootechnical rules for MILK production and cattle breeding using various technologies and production organization methods, BELTA learned from the press service of the agricultural department.

The zootechnical rules establish mandatory requirements for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs regarding the feeding of cattle and its maintenance, the production of calves, the organization of machine milking of cows, the main technological operations of machine milking of cows and the maintenance of milking equipment.

The document comes into force after its official publication.
