The off-site meeting was held near the construction site of a dairy farm for 600 heads of dairy cattle in the agro-town of Zarechye
, Rogachev district. Natalia Karpenkova, Chairperson of the Architecture and Construction Committee of the Gomel Regional Executive Committee, reported on the situation. At present, 10 construction sites have been opened in the region. These are modern complexes in Kalinkovichi, Rechitsa, Vetkovsky, Svetlogorsk, and Chechersk districts.

The issues of financing and saving resources, the pace of construction work, and the timing of their commissioning were discussed.
"Specific solutions and strategies for each facility should be developed everywhere. It is important that each contractor understands how to distribute their efforts and workload, maximally focusing on the timely delivery of the facility," the Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee said.

The topic was raised separately and instructions were given, and those responsible for equipping the complexes with cattle were appointed. "We must supply heifers of a good standard. We must obtain at least 20 liters of milk per head. This issue must be worked out now," Ivan Krupko emphasized.

They also touched upon the issue of staffing: heads of complexes, professional breeders, veterinarians, inseminators, and specialized workers.
The head of the region recalled: the President has set a clear task - to modernize all dairy farms by 2030, there should be no livestock at the level of the 1960s.

"And then we will continue to work with monthly full control. It is important that the funding schedules are strictly adhered to," Ivan Krupko concluded.

We are talking about 10 dairy farms, the commissioning of which is scheduled for 2025-26. Representatives of the districts also studied the pace of construction of the Zarechye dairy farm.
