A regional priority development area is being created in Yakutia to support local production

The bill is currently developed and is being coordinated in the executive authorities, after which it will be submitted to the State Assembly (Il Tumen) of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
 
Earlier, the HEAD of Yakutia, Aisen Nikolaev, noted that regional territories of advanced development are of particular interest. Not all territories of the republic are subject to the requirements of federal ASEZs, where large investments, payback, a certain number of employees are needed, but at the local level there is a need to develop their own approaches to stimulate local production.
 
Proposed types of activities that will be covered by state support: grain growing, cattle breeding, pig breeding, dairy and other food production, tourism.
 
Currently, the issues of creating a MEAT processing workshop in the Khangalassky district are being worked out. The project involves the reconstruction of the building of the feed mill and engineering networks, the purchase of technological equipment for the slaughterhouse, the meat processing and semi-finished products production workshop, and equipment for the production of sausages. Projects of potential residents in Gorny, Namsky, Megino-Kangalassky districts are also being studied.
 
As a measure of tax support for residents of territories for the development of local production, it is proposed to establish reduced tax rates under the simplified taxation system, including the minimum possible rates for the first five years from the date of obtaining the appropriate status, for the next five years to set average rates of 3% and 7.5% respectively; by analogy with the rates proposed for establishment under the simplified taxation system with the object of taxation of income, the rate for the unified agricultural tax for the first five years is proposed to be reduced to 1%, for the next five years - to 3%; exemption from payment of transport tax for five years from the date of obtaining the corresponding status; reimbursement of part of the insurance premiums.
