
Thus, during control and surveillance activities for the past period of 2023, inspectors took 215 samples of food products: including samples of dairy products (125), MEAT and meat products (55), eggs (14), sausage and meat products (11), fish and fish products (10). it is worth noting that during the same period in 2022, only 181 samples were taken, which is 15.81% less than those taken in 2023.
All samples for laboratory research were sent to the Belgorod branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "ARRIAH" and the Federal State Budgetary Institution "VGNKI". Products are examined for many indicators, including the presence or absence of heavy metals, antibiotics and other antibacterial agents.
Based on the test results, it was established that 29 of the selected samples do not meet the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union. For example, the presence of drug residues - enrofloxacin - was detected in sausages; antibiotics of the tetracycline group, sulfamethazine were found in beef liver; trimethoprim and fats of non-dairy origin were found in samples of dairy products . In addition, the presence of Listeria bacteria has been detected in poultry meat.
In relation to 3 local manufacturers, in agreement with the Prosecutor's Office of the Tambov Region, unscheduled on-site inspections were carried out. Based on the facts of identified violations, manufacturers were brought to administrative liability under Part 1 of Art. 14.43 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, low-quality products were withdrawn from circulation.
The Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service for the Tambov Region, based on materials from the Office of ROSSELKHOZNADZOR, initiated a case of an administrative offense under Art. 7.32 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation in relation to the supplier of products to social institutions.
Department specialists monitor compliance with the mandatory requirements of the veterinary legislation of the Russian Federation. Over the past period of this year, 12 warnings have been issued to manufacturers of low-quality products supplied to social institutions in the Tambov region.
It is also worth noting that the Department regularly takes part in meetings of the Commission for Combating Illegal Traffic in Industrial Products in Tambov. As part of this work, active cooperation is being carried out with law enforcement agencies to analyze schemes for the illegal introduction of livestock products into circulation.
