In the Republic of Tatarstan in March of this year, more than 100 violations were detected during the execution of electronic veterinary accompanying documents

One of the most common facts of non-compliance with the requirements of the law was the production of finished products from an illogical amount of raw materials. So, on March 1, it was revealed that the state veterinarian servicing Kukmorskoe Moloko LLC, with the help of a transaction, produced 2487.45 kg of various dairy products from 68 kg of raw MILK.

16 facts of extending the shelf life of products. For example, on March 10, the authorized person of LLC TK "MILK" for the products "raw chilled cow's milk" extended the shelf life of the products by inventory;

11 facts of registration of expired products. For example, on March 1, it was revealed that the authorized person IP Podovalov Oh.N. eVSD was issued for Royal Canin with a validity period of up to December 25, 2022, which is a violation of the registration of veterinary and accompanying documents in the FSIS "Mercury".

- 5 facts of violation of traceability of products (manufacture of products without raw materials) and production of products from an illogical amount of raw materials. So, on March 7, an authorized person of Grand LLC executed a transaction for “semi-finished beef products: cutlets, chopped frozen beef chops 80 grams “School”” in the amount of 28 kg, while the raw material from which the product was made does not indicate what is violation of the traceability requirements for the movement of controlled goods and indicates its unknown origin;

- 5 facts of conducting an inventory in order to increase the volume of incoming products. So, for example, an authorized person of VOSTOCHNY LLC issued an ACT of non-compliance with an increase in incoming products by 42.7 kg according to veterinary accompanying documents.

In total this year, on the facts of revealed violations of eVSD registration in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of ROSSELKHOZNADZOR sent 380 warnings to authorized persons of economic entities and blocked 45 authorized persons.
