Salmonella was found in the products of the Tyumen meat producer

Salmonella bacteria were found in the products of the largest pig-breeding complex in the Tyumen region, LLC Soglasie.

“According to laboratory tests, the presence of bacteria of the genus Salmonella was found in the products of “Consent” LLC. Documents confirming the absence of cases of salmonellosis among the pig population have not been provided, ”the press service said.

Other violations were found at the enterprise. For example, the entrance to the production facility is not equipped with a sanitary checkpoint where employees can take a shower and change clothes. The company was also unable to confirm that no foot-and-mouth disease has been detected in pigs in the past year.

In addition, Rosselkhoznadzor specialists lowered the zoosanitary status of the enterprise: from the maximum fourth to the second compartment. The higher this indicator, the better the production is protected from contagious diseases.

LLC "Consent" produces various products from meat. Company stores are located in all major cities of the Tyumen region, in Tyumen alone there are 18 of them.

It was not possible to get a comment from the management of the enterprise - the director was absent from the place. An official request was sent to the company, the answer was not received at the time of publication.
