In the Nizhny Novgorod Region and the Republic of Mari El, a number of business entities were found to register production transactions in the Mercury system retroactively

So, on April 3, 2023, state veterinarians at the Lindovskaya Poultry Farm - Breeding Plant JSC issued production documents for five different types of MEAT products with production dates of January 18, January 21, January 23, January 26 and February 12, 2023.

All of these items were developed in one transaction. it should be noted that broiler chicken carcasses with a production date of March 30, 2023 served as raw materials for these items.

Also among the production eVSD there are documents where the raw materials used for the production of the main product are not indicated: for example, a frozen chicken heart was produced without specifying the raw materials.

In other production transactions, state veterinarians produce chicken liver and heart from chilled broiler chicken carcasses, while in transactions, nothing else is produced from the broiler chicken carcass, in addition to the specified offal.

Another business entity, Topol LLC, being a manufacturer of semi-finished meat products in the Republic of Mari El, produces pancakes in an interesting way: when producing pancakes with various fillings on March 21, 2023, the authorized person uses cottage cheese produced in the period from 5 to April 6, 2023.

There are many similar examples of registration of production transactions "backdating", without raw materials or from raw materials received after the date of manufacture of the finished product.

The Department of ROSSELKHOZNADZOR reminds participants in production processes that improper execution of production transactions entails a violation of the rules of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union TR TS 021/2011 "On Food Safety", the provisions of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Veterinary Medicine" dated May 14, 1993 No. 4979, as well as the Order of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation dated December 27, 2016 No. 589 “On approval of the Veterinary Rules for organizing work on the preparation of veterinary accompanying documents, the procedure for issuing veterinary accompanying documents in electronic form and the procedure for issuing veterinary accompanying documents on paper”.

The Office informs state veterinarians and authorized persons about each case of detection, strongly recommends not to continue such a practice in order to avoid blocking the user for entering false information into the eVSD. State veterinarians and authorized persons who make such mistakes were issued warnings and warnings about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements.
