The new digital labeling tool , called " Honest Sign ", should help in the fight against illegal circulation of veterinary drugs and will allow collecting analytical information on the state of the market. This opens up opportunities for compiling reports on the presence of shortages, forecasting stocks and understanding consumer demand.

Since October 1 this year, manufacturers are required to apply marking codes to new veterinary drugs, while old drugs can continue to be sold without them.
