Three Belarusian suppliers are under enhanced laboratory control

The ROSSELKHOZNADZOR establishes a regime of enhanced laboratory control (ULC) of animal products of three food exporters from the Republic of Belarus, Veterinaria i Zhizn reports.

The decision to introduce ULC is associated with the identification of gross violations of the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union, committed by manufacturers. We are talking about the presence of pathogenic microflora and residual amounts of an antiparasitic drug in the composition of MEAT and dairy products.

In particular, listeria and bacteria of the Escherichia coli group were found in the beef produced by AV-Mit LLC during a microbiological study. In addition, the causative agent of listeriosis was identified during the examination of cattle meat from PROMITBEL LLC .

Residues of the coccidiostatic drug were contained in poultry meat produced by Zarya Agrocombinat CJSC. it is possible that this poultry farm uses dinitrocarbanilide to increase the average daily weight gain of broilers.

The third enterprise subject to the ULK regime is Bellakt OJSC from Volkovysk (Grodno region). The cottage cheese produced by this company turned out to be infected with the causative agent of a dangerous toxic infection - Staphylococcus aureus.
