A new industrial workshop for keeping young animals is currently under construction at the Simonovskaya Poultry Farm in the Saratov Region. This workshop will be able to accommodate up to 100 thousand birds. Construction work is already in full swing, and at the moment, the installation of enclosing structures made of sandwich panels is being completed.
However, this is not the only change at the poultry farm. In addition to the construction of a new workshop, it is also planned to build another workshop number 19, which will accommodate up to 200 thousand bird places. Design and estimate work is currently underway, and it is planned to complete the construction of this workshop by 2025.
After the launch of the new workshop for keeping young animals at the Simonovskaya Poultry Farm, the factory's needs for its own young animals will be fully satisfied. In workshop 17, where laying hens will be kept, the foundation has already been completed and the installation of metal structures has begun. Once the workshop is up and running, the poultry population at the factory will increase by 200,000 hens, and egg production will increase by 50 million eggs per year.
In addition to building new workshops, the Simonovskaya Poultry Farm is also actively implementing lean manufacturing tools as part of the national project "Labor Productivity". These tools are designed to increase labor productivity by 5% annually over the next three years. This is an initiative supported by President Vladimir Putin, and its goal is to improve the efficiency of the poultry farm.
Since the beginning of 2024 , poultry farms in the Saratov Region have already increased the production of commercial eggs by 29%. This indicates the constant growth and development of the livestock industry in the region. The construction of new workshops and the introduction of lean manufacturing tools will contribute to an even greater increase in production and improve the efficiency of the poultry farm in the future.
