Rosselkhoznadzor has suspended the activities of a Tyumen cafe for two months for violating veterinary rules

Earlier, on July 8, 2024 , specialists from the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR Administration , at the request of the Tyumen Region Prosecutor's Office, conducted an unscheduled on-site inspection of the catering establishment of IP Dzhuraev Kh.T. (cafe "Khujand"). it was established that the cafe had 79.3 kg of MEAT without veterinary accompanying documents, the products had no markings or veterinary stamps. Meat of unknown origin was stored without information on expiration dates. 

In order to prevent harm to the HEALTH of citizens, an individual entrepreneur was issued an order on the need to send meat products of unknown origin for destruction. Administrative proceedings were initiated under Part 1 of Article 10.6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. The inspection materials were sent to the COURT for consideration .

On July 15, by decision of the Leninsky District Court of Tyumen, the activities of individual entrepreneur Dzhuraev Kh.T. in the public catering sector were suspended for 60 days. The products were withdrawn from circulation, and an order was issued.
