Since the beginning of 2024, Rosselkhoznadzor has approved more than 250 applications for the transportation of animals outside of Tatarstan

The Department has agreed on the export of animals to the Republics of Bashkortostan, Mari El, Buryatia, Chuvashia, Krasnodar Territory, Altai Territory, Ulyanovsk, Samara, Saratov, Ryazan, Orenburg, Moscow, Voronezh, Kemerovo, Smolensk, Kirov, Irkutsk, Rostov, Penza, Kurgan, Tomsk region and the Karachay-Cherkess Republic.

Most often, owners of poultry and cattle contact the department to coordinate a route . Thus, during this period, about 13 thousand heads of cattle and more than 60 heads of horses were monitored. In addition, the export of more than 23 thousand heads of poultry and 410 thousand hatching eggs was controlled .

In 20 cases , the Rosselkhoznadzor department was forced to refuse approval of animal transportation routes due to special regionalization conditions and the lack of necessary data on the sender/recipient of the animals.

In accordance with the order of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia dated December 13, 2022 No. 862 “On approval of the Veterinary Rules for the organization of work on the preparation of veterinary accompanying documents, the Procedure for the preparation of veterinary accompanying documents in electronic form and the Procedure for the preparation of veterinary accompanying documents on paper”, veterinary accompanying documents were issued for animals , including in electronic form, which are displayed in the Mercury system and characterize their territorial and species origin, as well as the veterinary and sanitary condition of the farm.

To coordinate the route for animals and poultry, the status of Russian regions regarding infectious diseases of animals and poultry, compliance with veterinary and sanitary rules during movement and the well-being of the place of detention, including especially dangerous diseases, are taken into account, as well as the conditions of movement according to the order of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia dated December 14, 2015 No. 635 “On approval of the Veterinary Rules for the regionalization of the territory of the Russian Federation.”

A prerequisite for obtaining approval is the registration of the business entity and its objects in the register of the Cerberus information system.

Coordination of routes for the transportation or movement of animals between the constituent entities of Russia with the bodies exercising federal state veterinary control (supervision) is necessary to preserve the epizootic well-being of the territory and prevent the introduction of particularly dangerous diseases of animals and birds.
