The experiment on labeling packaged MEAT products is proposed to run from August 1, 2025, to February 28, 2026. The experiment on labeling packaged semi-finished and frozen food products may run from October 1, 2025, to August 31, 2026.
According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, participation in the experiments is voluntary for all participants in the commodity circulation. The experiments will include developing and testing technologies for applying identification tools, interactions between participants in the commodity circulation system, and other issues related to the organization of identification tool labeling, as outlined in the draft resolution.
