Novotroitsk Meat Processing Plant "Dolina" received 369 kg of sausage from 49 kg of raw materials

The mass of goods shipped by the enterprise amounted to 369 kilograms, while only 49.2 kilograms of MEAT was used for its production - 7.5 times less than provided by the technology. The discrepancy between the initial volume of raw materials and the weight of the finished product was established by the monitoring group when analyzing the data reflected in the "Mercury" component of the FSIS "VetIS" of the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR department for the Orenburg region.

The authorized person of MK "Dolina" was blocked in the information system, a warning was sent to the manufacturer about the inadmissibility of such actions.
