in the region . From January to April, about 20,000 biomaterials were tested for AIV in the Rostov Regional Veterinary Laboratory. it should be noted that highly pathogenic avian influenza is characterized by damage to the circulatory and central nervous systems, respiratory organs, digestion, excretion and egg formation. Patients are not treated . In the event of a disease, veterinary rules provide for the destruction of not only a sick bird, but also all birds in the epizootic focus.



The basis for the prevention of highly pathogenic avian influenza is vaccination and compliance by the owners with the requirements for keeping poultry, including the operation of poultry farms in a closed mode.
