Mongolia wants to export meat and livestock to Kazakhstan

Kazakhstan and Mongolia have great potential for establishing mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of agriculture. This was stated by the Minister of Agriculture Yerbol Karashukeev at a meeting with the Mongolian delegation headed by the Chairman of the Standing Committee on Environment, Food and Agriculture, Deputy of the State Great Khural of Mongolia Khayangaa Bolorchuluun.

According to the results of 7 months of this year, the trade turnover of agricultural products between the countries amounted to $7.2 million.

“I believe that the potential for the development of trade between our countries has great prospects for further growth,” the head of the Ministry of Agriculture emphasized.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to continue fruitful and mutually beneficial cooperation on the entire range of issues in the field of agriculture, and also agreed to establish a working group in the field of agriculture at the level of deputy ministers in the near future.
