Following the departure of McDonald's and the rebranding of the Vkusno-I-Toch restaurant chain, there has been a sharp increase in demand for nuggets, with which consumers are more active. According to the company, more than 261 million servings of the sought-after nuggets have been recorded, making them the most popular on the menu, along with 25 million servings of strips and 20 million servings of chicken wings. This confirms that consumers are looking for alternatives to familiar products.

The Miratorg plant in the Kaliningrad region has become a key location for the production of nuggets, offering them in four forms, which contributes to more uniform frying and makes them more attractive to consumers. Miratorg-Zapad Production DIRECTOR Anzhelika Nevostruyeva noted that the increase in volumes was made possible by high demand and the adaptation of production to consumer trends.

In addition, chicken nuggets have EXPORT potential, especially to East Asia, which opens up new opportunities for the company in international trade. The popularity of nuggets varies by region in RUSSIA, with demand in major cities such as Moscow and St. Petersburg significantly higher than the national average.
