Inspections conducted on December 30, 2025, and January 12, 2026, revealed the presence of Salmonella bacteria in products sold by three individual entrepreneurs in the cities of Sukhoi Log and Kamensk-Uralsky.

In Sukhoi Log, individual entrepreneur M.V. Lepikhina sold 9 kg of expired goods, including cottage cheese and onion dumplings, Chinese cabbage rolls, and poultry aspic. All of these products were confiscated and placed in safe storage prior to disposal.

it was also discovered that individual entrepreneurs D.S. Lepikhin and M.G. Nazarova in Kamensk-Uralsky were selling semi-finished MEAT products (minced meat, meatballs) without the necessary veterinary documentation. The lack of such documentation violates veterinary regulations that ensure product safety.

The Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (ROSSELKHOZNADZOR) has opened four cases of administrative offences under Articles 10.8 and 14.43 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation.
