The property of the Eurodon poultry farm was again put up for auction for 3.5 billion rubles. Information about this is published in the Unified Federal Register of Bankruptcy Information.
Among the lots was the property complex of EURODON LLC. The starting price is 3,540,846,981 rubles. A couple of months ago, this amount was almost 400 million rubles more, but then there were no people willing to buy the enterprise. Now the price has been lowered and put up for auction again.
Applications for participation are accepted until March 14, and the auction itself must take place on March 17.
Recall that the debt of Eurodon on a 2013 loan to Vnesheconombank is 10.1 billion rubles. In November 2018, it became known about the bank's intention to bankrupt the company. Against the backdrop of these problems, in January 2019, the founder of Eurodon, Vadim Vaneev, left the shareholders.
In February, he filed suits with the Arbitration COURT of the Rostov Region for the bankruptcy of three enterprises that were part of his former holding company. Vnesheconombank announced its intention to transfer the production of Eurodon to the investor. In July 2019, the poultry farm was declared bankrupt and bankruptcy proceedings were introduced. The restart of the Eurodon agricultural holding was estimated at 8 billion rubles.
In July 2020, the Damate group of companies imported 200 thousand turkey poults from Germany and hoped to revive the enterprise, but nothing happened.
